Bluegrass Stream LLC is seeking a Tax Preparer & Client Advisor to prepare accurate tax returns for in-person clients and deliver personalized tax advice, planning, and calculations. You will provide guidance using TurboTax product support, answer tax questions, help clients understand options, and strengthen relationships through local community outreach.

The role requires strong knowledge of tax regulations, excellent customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate

Qualificações

Proven ability to prepare federal and state tax returns accurately.
Clear communication of complex tax concepts to clients.
Attention to detail in calculations and return preparation.
Experience with tax software and TurboTax product support.
Experience in community outreach to build client relationships.

Responsabilidades

Prepare and review federal, state, and other applicable tax returns.
Provide tailored tax advice, tax planning, and clear explanations based on client needs.
Perform tax calculations and support clients with TurboTax product questions.
Build strong client relationships through local community outreach and marketing.
