Job summary

Bluegrass Stream LLC is seeking a Tax Preparer & Client Advisor to prepare accurate tax returns for in-person clients and deliver personalized tax advice, planning, and calculations. You will provide guidance using TurboTax product support, answer tax questions, help clients understand options, and strengthen relationships through local community outreach.

The role requires strong knowledge of tax regulations, excellent customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate

Qualifications

• Proven ability to prepare federal and state tax returns accurately.
• Clear communication of complex tax concepts to clients.

• Experience with tax software and TurboTax product support.
• Experience in community outreach to build client relationships.
