H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a year-round Block Advisor Tax Advisor to prepare complete and accurate tax returns for clients with diverse and complex situations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent or similar IRS credentials preferred.
• Experience preparing complex individual and business returns; tax planning and audit support.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse tax situations.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financial situations and tax implications.
• Provide clear, personalized recommendations and identify tax savings opportunities.
• Provide IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance to clients.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a client-focused office environment.
