The role involves calendar management, meeting coordination, and assistance with department events and deadlines, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have an associate degree or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Professional services or accounting firm experience strongly preferred.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to service line leaders and team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and assist with planning of department events, trainings, and key deadlines.
  • Prepare, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, and client deliverables.
  • Assist with time entry review, billing preparation, and project tracking to support accurate and timely client service.
  • Maintain department records, files, and systems in alignment with firm policies and confidentiality standards.
  • Assist with client relationship management, including maintaining contact information and CRM data.
  • Collaborate with firmwide administrative and operations teams to share best practices and ensure consistency across departments.
  • Perform other duties and display flexibility to take on a variety of responsibilities assigned by firm leadership.
