Prosperity Partners in Leawood, KS seeks a Tax Administrator to support our tax practice. You will work with the Head of Tax Administration, Tax Liaisons and Partners to coordinate administrative functions, handle receptions, document management, mailings, 1099 filings, and client communications.

Qualifikationen

• Work directly with Prosperity’s Head of Tax Administration, Tax Liaisons, and company Partners to coordinate the administrative functions of the tax team;
• Reception, document management, mailings, filing of 1099s, and client communications;
• Process new client setups; send engagement letters; and coordinate correspondence with tax authorities;
• Work directly with Prosperity’s Tax Administration team to coordinate the extending, filing, and tracking of tax returns, including mailing physical copies from the post office.

Tax Administrator
