Job summary

Tax Forward is seeking an experienced financial administrator to support clients through payroll, tax reporting, and year-end processes. The role involves handling confidential information with care, preparing statements, and ensuring compliance with applicable banking, insurance, investment, and tax laws.

You will coordinate schedules and assist multiple departments while maintaining accuracy in tax data. The ideal candidate holds a college degree in Accounting or Finance and brings 3–5 years

Qualifications

• Knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to the completion of a college degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and three to five years’ experience in tax administration.
• Complies with banking, insurance, investment, and tax laws and regulations.
• Reviews Tax Return data for accuracy and communicates tax information to clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepares financial statements for clients.
• Processes routine client data, including monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.
• Completes Payroll and quarterly reports.
• Identifies and resolves payroll errors.
• Prepares clients for tax season by compiling and entering their monthly and year-end financial information into the system.
• Assists in the management of department schedules and meetings.
• Reviews Tax Return data for accuracy and completeness.
