Job summary

LexisNexis is seeking a highly collaborative Content Manager to join our Tax Team. You will develop and license analytical content on accounting and US tax law, translating complex issues into practical guidance for CPAs and attorneys. The role blends domain expertise with AI-assisted research and writing.

You will manage projects across stakeholders, recruit authors, and ensure content quality and editorial standards while exploring innovative tech to improve workflows and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor required; advanced tax law degree preferred.
• Significant accounting experience required.
• At least 2 years of tax legal practice experience or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of accounting experience or equivalent.
• EBEC experience is preferred.
• Proven analytical, legal, and accounting research and writing skills; AI outputs interpretation.
• MS Office suite proficiency; experience with LLMs for drafting and editing.
• Proficiency in Lexis+ and data tools like Tableau/Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth legal research and write clear, concise tax content.
• Oversee licensing and procurement of content for CPAs and accountants.
• Analyze legislation, case law, and regulations; translate findings into content.
• Write/edit high-quality articles on current tax issues for attorneys.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with editorial standards.
• Leverage AI and automation to streamline content development and editing.
• Collaborate with Editorial Directors, Legal Editors, and Product Managers.
• Identify and recruit authors and contractors; negotiate licensing agreements.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and standards development.
• Model forward-thinking use of technology for content development.
