Ethan Stowell Restaurants has a new Tavolata Restaurant in exciting downtown Redmond in the recently constructed Porch and Park building across from Downtown Park. Our Bartenders thrive in a fast-paced environment and are highly skilled at creating and mixing balanced, tasty cocktails and mocktails. Displaying a sincere and kind approach to hospitality, our bartenders are knowledgeable, professional, and creative with a strong desire to go the extra mile to contribute to the exceptional dining experiences ESR is known for. Ability to work weekend Brunch shifts is highly desired.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer
• Understand the principles of customer service and the steps of service
• Possess a keen eye for detail
• Be highly organized and able to maintain a positive, friendly demeanor in a fast-paced environment
• Valid WA State Food Handlers Card
• Valid WA State Alcohol Server Permit

Accordingly, ESR pays its hourly employees an equitable and agreed-upon hourly rate. While not expected, any gratuities that are left are split amongst hourly employees. To help ensure its best-in-class customer experience and ability to remain competitive, ESR adds a 20% service charge to all checks. Those service charges are retained (100%) by the house.
