Job summary

Cunningham Restaurant Group in Indianapolis is hiring a Server at Tavern at the Point to deliver outstanding front-of-house service, take orders accurately, and ensure a welcoming dining experience for every guest.

You will work with kitchen and bar teams, promote specials, uphold health and safety standards, and help ensure timely service while enjoying tips and opportunities for advancement. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays and includes on-going training.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of food and beverage offerings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service.
• Take and input orders accurately into POS.
• Serve food and beverages promptly per standards.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff.
• Promote daily specials and upsell beverages.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and alcohol service policies.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions securely.
