Job summary

Stones Gambling Hall in Citrus Heights, CA, seeks an experienced Table Games Dealer to manage dealing and operations of all table games in alignment with the venue's standards. You will ensure accurate wagers, payouts, and game flow while delivering a fun, compliant guest experience.

Responsibilities include enforcing player conduct rules, reporting suspicious activity, and coordinating with floor staff to maintain table integrity. A valid gaming license and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Deal and run table games in accordance with procedures to maximize revenue.
• Pay and collect wagers accurately and report cash-ins $500+ to supervisor.
• Enforce game rules and maintain game protection and pace.
• Report suspicious activity and assist floor staff as needed.
• Uphold Player Conduct Rules and promote a safe gaming environment.

Table Games DealerPrimary FunctionTo deal and operate all table games in alignment with the mission and core values of Stones Gambling Hall.Essential ResponsibilitiesAll job duties are to be performed in accordance with Company Policies & Procedures and otherlegal regulations and requirements. Essential responsibilities include the following and pleasenote that additional duties may be assigned at a future date:Maintain consistency by dealing and running the game at hand, in accordance withdepartmental procedures, including the proper and accurate paying and taking ofwagers bet, in order to maximize company revenue.Report any cash-in transactions at the table of $500 or more to the Chip Runner orGame Attendant, along with a physical description of the guest if the identity isunknown.Report any suspicious activity observed to the Game Attendant.Maintain the pace of table games in an efficient and effective manner.Provide a high level of game protection, including consistent rule enforcement andgame control.Enforce "Player Conduct Rules" consistently among all games and players.Responsible for the Table Tray Bank assigned to each table dealt. Execute accuratefinancial transactions while at the gaming table or assisting floor staff in the tablegames room.Accurately collect gaming revenue (“the collection”) from the players in accordancewith departmental collection procedures.Provide a fun, superior gaming and dining experience by establishing andmaintaining a good rapport with guests to promote continued patronage.Promote teamwork by working on the table games room floor in other capacities,assisting floor staff as needed when not dealing games.Responsible for promoting and keeping up-to-date knowledge of all activepromotions, cash games and tournaments in the poker room and the table gamesroom.Actively participate in safety training by making it a priority each day, takes aleadership role among peers by reporting unsafe practices or hazardous conditionsto the CSM or Security.Report to CSM, Security, or Floor of any individuals in the casino who appear to beunderage, intoxicated, whose conduct appears to be illegal, or who poses a threat tothe Company's operations.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential dutysatisfactorily.
