Job Title: Bartender (Barman)

Description:

Prepares and serves drinks to guests and beverage servers in compliance with all company and health department standards and policies. Responsible for processing transactions using the company's P.O.S. system and managing cash variances. Maintains the bar fully stocked, with no product overages or shortages.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum age requirement is 21.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain all required work cards and gaming registration.
  • Knowledge of wines, spirits, beverages, cordials, and after-dinner drinks.
  • Cash handling experience.
  • Understanding of alcohol classes, glassware, brand names, drink recipes, garnishments, and familiarity with soda, juice, and liquor guns.
