Baer is looking for a Taulia Technical Architect for a 6+ month remote project

Title: Taulia Technical Architect
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 6 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: C2C

Description:

• Serve as the technical lead for the Taulia implementation project, working closely with IT, Finance, Procurement, and external partners.
• Design and configure the integration between Taulia and SAP S/4HANA using best practices, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
• Define technical architecture, interface specifications, and integration strategies for invoice processing, supplier portals, and payment terms.
• Oversee the development and testing of custom enhancements or middleware solutions, if necessary.
• Collaborate with functional teams to align the Taulia solution with business goals and compliance requirements.
• Manage technical aspects of supplier onboarding, including data mapping, file transfers, and security protocols.
• Support user training, system testing (SIT/UAT), and go-live activities.
• Provide ongoing support and optimization post-implementation, including issue resolution and performance tuning.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience with SAP ERP, with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA.
• 2+ years of experience with Taulia, including system architecture, integration, and configuration.
• Strong understanding of procure-to-pay (P2P), invoice management, and supplier financing processes.
• Experience with SAP modules such as SCM,FI, MM, and AP integration.
• Proficiency in SAP BAPIs, IDOCs, ABAP debugging, and middleware tools (e.g., PI/PO, CPI).
• Familiarity with security, data privacy, and compliance standards related to financial systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
