Join our Downtown Tasting Room team in Paso Robles! We seek a passionate, hospitality-driven leader to oversee all aspects of our Downtown Tasting Room. Reporting to the Director of Hospitality, the Tasting Room Manager (Downtown) will manage customer interactions, support sales and sign-ups for the Wine Society, and train new staff. This role also involves supporting events at the Tasting Room and collaborating with other leadership team members. It’s ideal for someone with a restaurant and wine background seeking regular hours without late nights.
This full-time role requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Our Downtown Tasting Room is located in Paso Robles, CA. If you’re open to relocating to the Central Coast, we want to hear from you!
Pay Range: $75,000 - $80,000, based on experience and skills.

Located at 11680 Chimney Rock Road, the estate features a Tasting Room, luxury accommodations, and a restaurant. The Downtown Tasting Room opened in 2018, offering an expansive wine-tasting bar, lounge, and dining options in the heart of Paso Robles.
