Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants is seeking a Tasting Room Attendant to enhance guest experiences through friendly conversation, product knowledge, and genuine hospitality. You will guide guests through wines and retail items, while promoting our Wine Club and ensuring a memorable visit.

Compensation ranges from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour, determined by skills and experience. Benefits include discounts, tastings, health coverage, 401k, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurants, retail, or wine environments preferred.
• Ability to warmly engage guests and guide wine and retail offerings.
• Comfort speaking to guests about wine and the Wine Club.
• Flexibility with schedules, including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Learn our food, wine, and retail offerings to confidently guide each guest.
• Prepare your station for service and keep it clean and stocked.
• Study Cooper’s Hawk menu, retail items, and wines offered to guests.
• Restock and maintain product displays; assist in carryout and guest service as needed.
• Communicate with team members to deliver smooth and memorable service.

Compensation Range: $15.00 - $18.00 / hour

What You Will Bring

• At least 21 years of age
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or wine environments preferred
• Comfort speaking to guests about wine and the Wine Club
• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds
• Flexible availability including weekends and some holidays
