Job summary

The GARRETT GROUP is seeking a program management lead positioned at Offutt AFB, NE, to coordinate contractor support for NAOC operations. You will oversee daily task order administration, planning, execution, personnel coordination, and quality across all training and exercise activities.

Responsibilities include directing the contractor team, managing schedules and deliverables, interfacing with key stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with work hours and tempo changes.

Qualifications

• Prior operational experience on NAOC Battle Staff strongly preferred.
• Must meet personnel qualification requirements in PWS 2.1 (NAOC operations expertise, ISD, NPES, communication systems familiarity, etc.).
• Demonstrated project management and team leadership skills.
