Job summary

Cyber Synergy Consulting Group seeks a senior Program/Project Manager to provide program management support for the PMOSS contract. You will oversee contractor activities across multiple sites, manage staffing per Appendix B, and ensure 60‑day transition timelines with qualified staff by Day 45.

Interface with KO, COR, and Government site leads to drive deliverables and performance. Required: 12–15+ years in DoD IT or SOF environments; 5+ years supervising multi-LCAT teams on classified

Qualifications

• Experience monitoring contract performance against SLAs/QA metrics.
• Staffing and backfill management for TS/SCI workforces.
• Strong written and oral communication with senior Government stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating with COR/KO and Government leads.

Responsibilities

• Maintain effective communication with COR/KO; support IPRs and status reporting.

Job description

Provides program management support for the PMOSS contract, including management and oversight of all contractor personnel. Formulates and reviews contract requirements, strategic plans, and deliverables. Serves as the primary contractor interface with the KO, COR, and Government site leads.

• Lead and oversee all contractor activities across assigned sites and Task Orders
• Ensure staffing, qualifications, and backfill meet Appendix B and Service Delivery Summary (21-day fill; no unqualified personnel)
• Manage transition-in (60 days): PM on Day 15; 100% qualified staff by Day 45
• Review contract requirements, deliverables, CDRLs, and performance against SLAs/QA metrics
• Provide leadership, direction, and escalation support to customer and contractor team
• Authorize situational telework with Government site lead concurrence
• Maintain effective communication with COR/KO; support IPRs and status reporting

Education

• Substitution: Relevant experience performing SOW §3.1 functions for a Government agency in lieu of formal education (Appendix B)

Years of experience (recommended)

• 12–15+ years program/project management in DoD IT or SOF-related environments
• 5+ years supervising multi-LCAT teams on classified contracts
• Prior USSOCOM, Component, or TSOC support strongly preferred

Certifications

• None required by Appendix B

• Active TOP SECRET; TS/SCI strongly preferred / expected for Key PM
• Eligible for COMSEC courier designation and SCI/SAP access as directed
• On-site at primary performance location; travel as approved by COR/KO
