Job summary

TekSynap seeks a Task Order Program Manager for a DoS contract. The role requires extensive federal program management experience, with demonstrated FAR and contract management expertise and prior work engaging with federal agencies, especially within the DoD and IC communities.

A PMP-like certification is preferred.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

We are seeking an Task Order Program Manager for a DOS contract.

Experience
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 10+ years of experience managing large, complex federal IT contracts or programs
  • Demonstrated experience with federal acquisition regulations and contract management
  • Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations. Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable.
Certifications
  • PMP or equivalent project/program management certification
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field (master’s preferred)
Clearance
  • Active Top Sec ret/SCI security clearance as required by the contract
WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • Location: DMV
  • Environment: Client site
  • Noise level: Low
  • Schedule: Schedule is day shift Monday – Friday. May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs
  • Travel: Less than 10%

WAGE INFORMATION

Target salary range: $150,000 - $190,000. The salary range displayed is an estimate and will be determined on several factors regarding the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements. The displayed salary is one component of the total compensation package for employees.
