TekSynap is seeking a Task Area Program Manager to lead a defined task area on a DoD contract. The role focuses on delivering all requirements within the area, aligning with department lines, and supervising project managers and technical staff.
The position requires 8+ years in IT project/program management, including 3+ years in federal environments, and a Top Secret clearance. Travel is minor, and the role is performed on client site at DMV.
We are seeking a Task Area Program Manager for a DOS contract. The Task Area Program Manager leads and manages a specific task area (e.g., Endpoint Management, IT Operations, Engineering Services). Responsibilities include delivery of all requirements within the assigned area, alignment with Department business lines, and supervision of project managers and technical staff.
Required Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship. Top Secret clearance required.
Target salary range: $150,000 - $210,000. Salary range is an estimate and will be determined based on individual education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, and contract parameters.
The role requires regular use of hands to handle, feel, touch; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is regularly required to lift up to 10 pounds; frequently required to lift up to 25 pounds; and up to 50 pounds. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
