Job summary

Quantum Research International, Inc. in Colorado Springs is seeking a Task Order Manager / Systems Integration Engineer to provide program management leadership and technical integration in complex DoD information systems projects.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years supporting Department of Defense programs.
Experience in command, control, information systems, or related mission systems.
Experience integrating complex operational capabilities into enterprise environments.
Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

Act as Task Order Project Director and interface with government leaders.
Manage all aspects of task order execution under the Program Manager.
Provide first-line management for personnel assigned to the order.
Ensure objectives, requirements, deliverables, milestones, and schedules are met.
Monitor performance, budget, staffing, and resources.
Coordinate efforts across all branches and stakeholders.
Develop status reports, briefings, metrics, and executive summaries.
Support workforce planning and mentoring.
