SREE Hotels is looking for a highly motivated and analytical Task Force Sales Manager with experience in driving sales revenues for hotels to join our team as a Sales Manager. The person hired for this position will be based out of our corporate office, in the Ballantyne area of Charlotte, NC, but must be able to travel up to 70% of the time. The majority of properties managed by SREE Hotels are located in the Charlotte Metro Area. The other properties are located in the Raleigh‑Durham area of NC, Cincinnati, OH, Columbia and Myrtle Beach, SC.
PRIMARY PURPOSE: The Task Force Sales Manager travels to assigned hotels within the SREE Hotels portfolio and fills in for open Sales Manager positions and/or provides additional sales support as needed. This position completes sales functions of the assigned hotel including proactive sales activities towards revenue goals while managing new and existing client relationships. The Task Force Sales Manager is responsible for overall account management, business generation, and sales prospecting for their assigned hotel. This experienced sales manager role is ideal for someone who loves traveling and is familiar with various hotel chain scales and markets.

Employees in this position work primarily indoors. To perform the job successfully the candidate must be able to use a computer and other standard office equipment. Fluency in the English language and the ability to speak, hear, read and write are required as is the ability to work any hours/days of the week necessary to meet business requirements. Must have dexterity/mobility to meet clients on and off premises, to tour property and attend functions, to climb stairs, and operate basic office equipment. Must possess a valid state driver's license in order to make sales calls.
