Twenty Four Seven Hotels is currently seeking an experienced hospitality professional to serve as a Task Force General Manager with the ability to serve in an interim position at the property level to position the property to exceed brand standards and Owner expectations. As part of the corporate team you will help us "craft inspired workplaces that enable all Associates to deliver kick-ass guest experiences and maximize investor returns"! This could be the perfect opportunity to advance your career with a growing and exciting hotel management company!

Prefer position to be based within Southern California(wage represents SoCal earnings).

Position Responsibilities:

• Promote a positive work environment and focus on Twenty Four Seven Hotels' culture and guiding principles
• Ensure the hotel provides the highest level of customer service to guests and associates alike
• Provide Leadership to drive sales, revenue, and employee engagement
• Pick up and execute current projects
• Provide updates and communicate with Corporate Leadership
• Be ready to travel to any of the current or future properties within the Twenty Four Seven Hotel portfolio

Education and Experience:

• Experience as General Manager in select service hotels, three years or more
• Experience at a premium-branded hotels, required; Marriott &/or Hilton experience required
• Excellent decision making ability and analytical skills
• Ability to multi-task on various job duties daily
• Strong technology skills with a variety of systems - Brand PMS/Intranets, Sales, Quore, Profitsage
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to travel every week and for several weeks at a time
