Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Targeting Analyst to work at the intersection of intelligence, operations, and joint fires. You will support the Joint Targeting Coordination Board by turning commander’s intent into actionable targeting products for CCMDs and joint headquarters, gaining exposure to the Joint Targeting Cycle.

Ideal candidates have an active TS/SCI with polygraph, exposure to targeting or intelligence operations, and familiarity with LOAC/IHL.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with polygraph clearance is required.
• Some exposure to joint or service-level targeting, fires, or intelligence operations at tactical or operational level.
• Knowledge of LOAC, IHL, and proportionality concepts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the JTCB process by aligning commander’s intent with joint targeting operations
• Develop and synchronize target nominations across air, land, maritime, cyber, and space
• Produce targeting products aligned with priorities, authorities, and guidance
• Assist in theater-level targeting requirements with CCMD staff
• Learn LOAC, IHL, and proportionality analysis as applied to targeting decisions
• Leverage targeting systems to produce timely, accurate targeting products
