Job summary

VTG is seeking a Targeting Officer - Level 3 to support our Client's demanding operations at multiple locations in the Washington Metropolitan Area. You will perform technical research, analysis, and report writing while engaging stakeholders and presenting findings to customer leadership.

The role emphasizes briefing delivery, all-source analysis, and the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly within a team. A Masters degree is preferred but not required for consideration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7–12 years of applicable experience.
• TS/SCI with poly.
• Ability to identify and assess the right entities and vulnerabilities to enable new collection operations.
• Ability to confidently deliver clear and concise briefings.
• Strong analytic, research, and investigative skills combined with ops sense, personal initiative, and some technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Support cutting-edge intelligence operations using specialized tools and technologies.
• Perform technical research using customer tools and conduct technical analysis.
• Write reports, develop operational concepts, and engage stakeholders.
• Present reports to all levels of customer management in a clear, concise manner.
