Job summary

Leidos seeks a Targeting Officer - Spanish Linguist to collaborate with IC partners, law enforcement, and foreign entities to advance mission objectives.

Required active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 4+ years in intelligence analysis/ targeting and Spanish language ability. Strong analytical, written and oral communication, and teamwork are essential.

Job description

Leidos is actively seeking a Targeting Officer - Spanish Linguist to work closely with our partners in the IC, law enforcement, and foreign partner organizations to achieve our mission.

Requirements: Must currently possess an active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph in order to be considered. Candidates who do not currently possess this level of clearance will NOT be considered.

• Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience.

• Spanish language 3+
• At least 4 years of direct customer experience focusing on intelligence analysis, targeting, and operations.

Experience:

• Demonstrated experience in intelligence analysis and targeting.
• Experience working with various intelligence databases and tools.
• Ability to query, assess, and analyze all-source intelligence to identify individuals, networks, and/or organizations of interest.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to develop and sustain knowledge of complex geographic and/or functional areas or issues.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in using various tools and datasets to support targeting efforts, including open-source research and data analysis.

Knowledge:

• Understanding of Intelligence Community operations and best practices.
• Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing intelligence activities.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $73,450.00 - $132,775.00
