Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Mid Level Targeting Intelligence instructor to support the Targeting Intelligence Formal Training Unit (TIFTU) at Langley AFB, Virginia. You will provide formal instruction, develop curricula, and facilitate exercises for Air Force personnel.

Candidates must hold a TS/SCI clearance, have a bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant DoD/IC targeting experience, and demonstrate ITD/ATD or joint targeting expertise.

Qualifications

• Current TS/SCI clearance at hire.
• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Documented targeting experience in DoD or IC.
• Experience with ITD, ATD, joint targeting or similar functions.
• Ability to instruct in a structured training environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal training for the Targeting Intelligence Formal Training Unit (TIFTU).
• Develop, update, and maintain course materials and lesson plans.
• Deliver classroom instruction and conduct evaluations and testing.
• Facilitate practical exercises and scenario-based training events.
• Instruct on core targeting topics including ITD, ATD, CA, TSA, and more.
