Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Documented targeting experience within the DoD or IC.
• Experience in ITD, ATD, joint targeting, or comparable targeting functions.
• Ability to work in a structured training environment and deliver instruction.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal training in support of the Targeting Intelligence Formal Training Unit (TIFTU).
• Develop, update, and maintain course materials, lesson plans, training aids, and instructional products to align with current systems and requirements.
• Deliver classroom instruction, conduct academic evaluations, and administer testing in line with training standards.
• Facilitate practical exercises and scenario-based training events.
• Instruct on core targeting topics including ITD, ATD, CA, TSA, and Target Discovery Mission Planning; cover the Joint Targeting Cycle.
