Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a Targeting Analyst to support national and global security objectives. You will explore diverse data sources, craft effective queries, and synthesize information from multiple sources to inform DoD and policy makers.

Expect to work in a fast-moving, multi-agency environment and travel up to 50% as needed. The role emphasizes tradecraft development, target development, and producing executive-level briefings and assessments using advanced intel tools.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of all-source intelligence experience.
• Experience with conflict resolution and management.
• Experience developing internal and external networks and writing intelligence assessments, information papers, and presentations.
• Experience drafting RFIs with network analysis to support target development and executive-level briefings.
• Experience using GEOINT, CI, HUMINT, SIGINT, and OSINT for target development and network analysis.
• Experience with intelligence research tools including DCGS-A, RMT, M3, TAC, NGT, WISE, CHROME, Coliseum and network analysis tools including Palantir, AIDP MFWS, Analyst Notebook.
• Experience with the Army targeting cycle.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
