Leerink Partners LLC is seeking an Equity Research Associate in New York to assist senior analysts with data collection and analyses in the therapeutics sector. You will develop financial models, draft market research, and interview executives or consultants to support research and investment recommendations.

The role requires a BS/BA with healthcare industry exposure, strong communication, and solid Excel-based modeling skills.

Competenze

• BS or BA with financial experience.
• Experience in healthcare consulting or pharmaceutical/biotech industry or investment banking healthcare training.
• Knowledge of biotech/pharma industries including clinical development, regulatory affairs, business development and commercialization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting and Excel skills.

Mansioni

• Collect and analyze data related to therapeutics and diseases, including scientific papers and clinical data.
• Draft market research surveys and analyze results.
• Interview executives or consultants to gather information for analyses.
• Build and update financial models.
• Formulate investment recommendations based on fundamental analysis and risk assessment.
• Write research reports and notes for distribution to clients and sales force.
• Keep current of market news and respond to inquiries.
