Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services related field.
• Criminal/Child Abuse clearance required.
• 21 years old or older.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for youth and families to obtain needed services.
• Develop and monitor service plans with families and providers.
• Complete documentation in EMR and PQI compliance.
• Collaborate with the treatment team and attend team meetings.
• Maintain regular attendance and professional boundaries.
