GENERAL FUNCTION
The Licensed Assistant Manager ensures the delivery of the Target Optical Way and the Guest Experience. The successful employee will demonstrate leadership competencies such as clear communication, team building, thinking critically, collaboration, and driving results while styling our guests.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
