Job summary

Constellation Technologies is seeking an experienced TS/SCI polygraph cleared Target Analyst Reporter (TAR) to join our team in the Annapolis Junction area and other field sites. The role focuses on researching, analyzing, and reporting intelligence to meet IC requirements and support missions of SIGINT, IA, and CNO.

Responsibilities include preparing synthesized products, prioritizing information from multiple sources, drafting reports, and coordinating with collectors and analysts to refine

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen.
• Must have TS/SCI clearance with active polygraph.
• Years of related serialized/2nd echelon target analysis reporting experience required (scale by level).
• Ability to author reports from traffic or limited traffic.
• Experience with SIGINT reporting and target development tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare synthesized intelligence products by researching, analyzing, and reporting to IC requirements.
• Prioritize and report information from collection sources for government use.
• Maintain awareness of customer needs and refine collection requirements with analysts.
• Share target information and provide feedback to customers.
• Issue products detailing developments, trends, and potential actions; provide countermeasures where applicable.
• Help develop databases and aids to enhance target knowledge and collection.
