Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Target Analyst Reporter to research, analyze, and report intelligence for customer missions across the IC and DoD. The role emphasizes delivering timely, high-quality products, drafting reports, and supporting collection improvement initiatives at a senior level.

Ideal candidates have TS/SCI with Polygraph, relevant mission experience or intelligence reporting background, and a strong educational track.

Qualifications

TS/SCI with Polygraph.
Experience in an area related to the customer's mission (e.g. collection, cyber and intelligence analysis) and/or drafting/editing intelligence reports.
A degree in a Liberal Arts field is preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable.
Entry paths: high school diploma or GED + 9 years, Associate's +7 years, Bachelor's +5 years, Master's +3 years, Doctoral +2 years.

Responsibilities

Prepare synthesized products for customers by researching, analyzing, and reporting intelligence via appropriate reporting vehicles.
Report information from passive/active collection, network eval and analysis, and collateral sources for government use.
Share target-related information with customers and issue products detailing developments, trends, and warnings.
Help develop databases or working aids on target activity to enhance knowledge and guide collection.
Perform pre-release quality control functions.
