Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Target Analyst Reporter to support SIGINT analysis and reporting within the Cyber & Analytics Business Area. This role focuses on evaluating collection data, producing serialized reports, and synthesizing intelligence from multiple sources with guidance from senior personnel.

Proficiency in drafting serialized SIGINT products, data synthesis, and collaboration with mentors will be essential. A TS/SCI with polygraph clearance is required, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as Target Analyst for the IC/USG, with at least 2 years in the last 5 years.
• Experience drafting and/or editing serialized SIGINT reports.
• Ability to write reports based on limited traffic.
• Knowledge of technologies or topics used to identify analytic vectors.
• Experience exploiting foreign communications systems to collect, analyze, process, and disseminate SIGINT reports.
• Experience with SIGINT reporting software and databases.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, assess, evaluate, and report intelligence from passive and active collection sources.
• Analyze network data and incorporate collateral information to produce finished intelligence products.
• Author and edit serialized SIGINT reports based on collected traffic.
• Identify and extract reportable information using available tools and data sources.
• Conduct research across SIGINT and collateral repositories to enhance reporting.
• Combine data from multiple sources to respond to customer and management requirements.
• Apply basic SIGINT reporting policies while working under mentorship or government guidance.
