Job summary

CAC I is seeking a Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) to support Intelligence Community missions at multiple sites in the United States. You will perform advanced SIGINT analysis, develop targeting hypotheses, and collaborate with government, military, and contractor colleagues to deliver actionable insights.

The role emphasizes pattern recognition, data enrichment, and trait inference from digital footprints, with a focus on targeted collection and tradecraft development.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph.
• Labor category determined by years of experience and educational degrees.
• Experience in Intelligence Analysis e.g., target development, social network analysis, metadata analysis.
• Foreign language proficiency may be required to satisfy experience requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads.
• Ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target information.
• Maintain databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis.
• Identify intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close gaps.
• Employ multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets’ communications, network usage and digital footprints.
• Collaborate with government, military, and contractor personnel to develop shared understandings of intelligence needs and capabilities.
• Form hypotheses, assess and choose analysis techniques, then query, merge, enrich, evaluate, and pivot within data to derive insights.
• Distill, document, contextualize and share findings with teammates, stakeholders, and intelligence consumers.
