Job summary

Weeghman & Briggs seeks a Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) to support critical government initiatives in Annapolis Junction, MD. This onsite, full-time role requires TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.

The analyst will perform advanced analysis of collection and open-source data, maintain targeting databases, identify intelligence gaps, and collaborate with government, military, and contractor teams to shape mission requirements.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required.
• Experience supporting government or DoD programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of intelligence analysis (target development, social network analysis, metadata).
• Foreign language proficiency may satisfy experience requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads.
• Ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target information.
• Maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis.
• Identify intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps.
• Employ multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets' communications, network usage and digital footprints.
• Apply your knowledge and understanding of IC needs and missions.
• Be part of a team, working with government, military, and contractor personnel to develop shared understandings of intelligence needs and areas of expertise.
• Apply your curiosity to form hypotheses, assess and choose analysis techniques, then query, merge, enrich, evaluate, and pivot within data.
• Distill, document, contextualize and share findings with teammates and stakeholders.
