Job summary

AeroVironment is seeking a Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) to conduct target-focused exploitation using DNR and DNI tradecraft. The role requires advanced analytics to identify, profile, and track targets across complex networks, supporting mission objectives with rigorous tradecraft and technical expertise.

Responsibilities include analyzing collection data, maintaining targeting databases, and developing baseline target profiles, while identifying gaps to guide new collection efforts.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph.

Summary

The primary role of the Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) is to conduct target focused exploitation and has experience in both Dialed Number Recognition (DNR) and Digital Network Intelligence (DNI) tradecraft. This role is critical to advancing mission objectives through sustained and discovery Area of Responsibility (AOR) operations. The TDNA will leverage advanced tradecraft, technical expertise, and analytical skills to identify, characterize, and track targets across complex networks.

Position Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads, ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target information.
• Maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis.
• Develop comprehensive baseline profiles of designated target sets.
• Identify intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience)

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, and experience
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience inDialed Number Recognition (DNR) and Digital Network Intelligence (DNI) tradecraft
• Expertise in tradecraft for target characterization across multiple domains
• Strong background in network analysis, SIGINT, AMOD, and packet analysis
• An active TS/SCI with polygraph

Salary Range

$83,500 - $210,000

The AV pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several factors including, but not limited to, level of position, job responsibilities, geographic location, scope of relevant work experience, educational background, certifications, contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, alignment with local internal equity as well as alignment with market data.
