Job summary

CTC Group is seeking a Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA), levels 1-4, to conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data. The role focuses on generating insights, profiling targets, and developing techniques to gain additional information, while ensuring target continuity and sharing findings with stakeholders.

The TDNA will work with government, military, and contractor personnel, applying diverse analysis disciplines and a proactive, curious approach to produce actionable

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
• Liberal Arts field preferred but degree in any field acceptable.
• Experience with software applications and databases for network analysis and target development.
• Capable of running basic DNI and DNR queries with Agency tools.
• Able to task own selectors with assistance of senior analysts.
• Able to evaluate leads for tasking and use appropriate tasking authorities.
• Basic understanding of internet protocols, digital telecommunications tech, and internet routing.
• Basic understanding of SIGINT collection.
• Capable of basic target discovery and collection triage.

Summary

CTC Group is seeking Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA),levels 1-4, to conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads while ensuring target continuity, profiling targets and their activities, and developing techniques to gain additional target information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis
• Identify intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps
• Employ multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets' communications, network usage and digital footprints
• Apply your knowledge and understanding of IC needs and missions
• Be part of a team, working together with government, military, and contractor personnel to develop shared understandings of intelligence needs, mission relevance, and areas of expertise
• Apply your innate curiosity and analytical talent to form hypotheses, critically assess and choose analysis techniques, then query, merge, enrich, evaluate, and pivot within data to attain and share insights
• Distill, document, contextualize and share your findings--including any new tradecraft that you develop--with teammates, stakeholders, and intelligence consumers

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance
• Liberal Arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) are preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable.
• Prior demonstrated experience in the use of software applications and databases associated with network analysis and target development.

• High School Diploma/GED plus six (6) years of relevant experience.
• OR: Associate's degree plus four (4) years of relevant experience.
• OR: Bachelor's degree or two (2) years of relevant experience.
• OR: Master's degree plus two (2) years of relevant experience.
• OR: Doctorate degree plus two (2) years of relevant experience.

Level 2 Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED plus nine (9) years of relevant experience.
• OR: Associate's degree plus seven (7) years of relevant experience.
• OR: Bachelor's degree or five (5) years of relevant experience.
• OR: Master's degree plus three (3) years of relevant experience.
• OR: Doctorate degree plus two (2) years of relevant experience.

Level 3 Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED plus twelve (12) years of relevant experience.
• OR:Associate's degree plus ten (10) years of relevant experience.
• OR: Bachelor's degree or eight (8) years of relevant experience.
• OR: Master's degree plus six (6) years of relevant experience.
• OR: Doctorate degree plus four (4) years of relevant experience.

Level 4 Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED plus fifteen (15) years of relevant experience.
• OR:Associate's degree plus thirteen (13) years of relevant experience.
• OR: Bachelor's degree or elven (11) years of relevant experience.
• OR: Master's degree plus nine (9) years of relevant experience.
• OR: Doctorate degree plus seven (7) years of relevant experience.
