Job summary

Strategic Analytix seeks a skilled Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) to perform advanced analysis of collection and open-source data, profile targets, and develop techniques to gain additional information from Fort Meade, MD. You will ensure target continuity and generate actionable insights for IC missions.

Qualifications include TS/SCI with poly, extensive TDNA experience across multiple levels, and relevant education/training. ILR language scores may be required for some roles.

Qualifications

• Clearance TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph is required.
• Various experience levels: Level 1–4 with corresponding years/degrees.
• Education & training in relevant fields; certifications such as Sec+, Net+, CEH are considered.
• Foreign Language proficiency (ILR scores) may be required for some roles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis.
• Develop comprehensive baseline profiles for designated target sets.
• Identify intelligence gaps to tailor current or new collection.
• Apply pattern recognition to targets' communications, network usage, and digital footprints.
• Mentor other analysts on TDNA tools and methodologies.

As a TDNA you will conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads, ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target information. TNDA Requirements

Relevant TDNA experience must be in:

• Maintaining appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis.
• Developing comprehensive baseline profiles of designated target sets.
• Identifying intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps.
• Employing multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets' communications, network usage and digital footprints.
• Applying knowledge and understanding of IC needs and missions, as well as the targets’ culture, behaviors, and communications technologies.
• Mentoring other analysts on the tools and methodologies used to conduct TDNA.

Education & Training:

Liberal Arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) are preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable.

Relevant certs / training would include (but not limited to): Sec+, Net+, CEH, JCAC course. Don’t include mandatory annual NCS compliance training or short (less than 1 week) NCS courses.

Foreign Language / Scores

Recent Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) scores are required to substantiate proficiency level (e.g., Russian, L 2+ / R 3)
