Integrity Technology Consultants in Maryland seeks a Senior-Level Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) cleared at TS/SCI with polygraph to join our mission-focused team supporting U.S. Government systems and intelligence operations.

The TDNA conducts advanced analysis of DNI data, profiles targets, develops techniques for exploitation, and maintains databases for targeting and reporting. Candidates should have extensive experience in intelligence analysis and meet education/clearance

With continued growth comes opportunity, and we are currently searching for a Top-Secret SCI with polygraph-cleared Senior-Level Target Digital Network Analyst.

Responsibilities

The Target Digital Network Analyst conducts advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to ensure target continuity, to profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain more target information. The Target Digital Network Analyst has an understanding the principles and methods of exploiting foreign communications and communication systems to identify, collect, analyze process and disseminate information in accordance with established requirements and priorities; analyzes DNI data for reportable intelligence information and building target profiles; maintains appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis; performs sustained target analysis and enhancement through the use of DNI and DNR analytic techniques; analyzes DNI data to identify new access development opportunities for follow-on collection requirements; performs research using open source and classified sources to develop comprehensive baseline profiles of designated target sets; identifies intelligence gaps and evaluating the intelligence gathered in order to either tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps.

Requirements

• TS/SCI with CI or FS polygraph
• With a GED/HS Diploma, at least 12 years demonstrated experience related to job description.
• With an Associate's Degree, at least 10 years demonstrated experience related to job description.
• With a Bachelor's Degree, at least 8 years demonstrated experience related to job description.
• With a Master's Degree, at least 6 years demonstrated experience related to job description.
• With a Doctorate Degree, at least 4 years demonstrated experience related to job description.
• Relevant experience requires aspects of Intelligence Analysis (e.g. target development, social network analysis, and metadata analysis.

Many factors can influence final salary including, but not limited to relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Final salary can also be influenced by a position’s geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories, and contract wage rates.

The salary Range for this position is: $150,000-190,000

If this position requires an active U.S. Government TS/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph. Applicants who do not currently hold the required clearance will not be eligible for consideration. Employment for cleared roles is contingent upon verification of clearance status.
