Job summary

ELEVI Associates seeks a Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) to conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data, generating actionable insights and leads. You will maintain targeting databases, profile targets, and develop techniques to obtain additional information.

The role requires clear understanding of IC needs and mission alignment, plus collaboration with government, military, and contractor personnel to refine intelligence requirements and tradecraft.

Qualifications

  • Education: Degree in Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field; military training equivalent to an Associate degree.
  • Must have completed basic customer target development training or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in application customer target development and discovery techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze metadata and produce intelligence using mission databases.
  • Must show knowledge of customer collection techniques and compliance with US Federal law.
  • Must show knowledge of the SIGINT production cycle and its phases.
  • Fully cleared with FS.
  • 12 years' applicable experience without a degree, or with a related degree at higher levels.

  • Maintain databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis.
  • Identify intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps.
  • Employ multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets' communications, network usage and digital footprints.
  • Apply knowledge of IC needs and missions.
  • Collaborate with government, military, and contractor personnel to align intelligence needs and expertise.
  • Form hypotheses, assess analysis techniques, and query/merge/enrich/evaluate/pivot within data to share insights.
  • Distill, document, contextualize and share findings, including new tradecraft, with teammates and stakeholders.

Degree in Network Engineering / Systems Engineering / Information Technology
Up to 18 semester hours military training equivalent to associate degree

  • Distill, document, contextualize and share your findings--including any new tradecraft that you develop--with teammates, stakeholders, and intelligence consumers
You’ll Bring These Qualifications
  • Education: Degree in Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (e.g., General Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Forensics, Cyber Security, Software Engineering, Information Assurance, or Computer Security). Up to 18 semester hours of military training/coursework in networking, computer science, or cyber topics is equivalent to an Associate degree.
Experience
  • Must have completed basic customer target development training or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in application customer target development and discovery techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct analysis of metadata and produce intelligence through the addition, updating, or analysis of information in appropriate mission databases.
  • Must demonstrate strong knowledge of customer collection techniques and compliance with customer targeting policies and US Federal law.
  • Must demonstrate strong knowledge of SIGINT production cycle and execution of its different phases.
  • Fully cleared with FS
  • 4 years' applicable experience with a PhD, OR
  • 6 years' applicable experience with a master's degree, OR
  • 8 years' applicable experience with a bachelor's degree, OR
  • 10 years' applicable experience with a master's degree, OR
  • 12 years' applicable experience without a degree
Pay Range

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is: 146,300 - 176,700
