Job summary

GRVTY is seeking experienced Target Digital Network Analysts (TDNAs) to support IC missions. You will perform advanced analysis of collection and open-source data, profile targets, and maintain targeting databases on a frontline cyber team.

You must have active TS/SCI with polygraph, extensive intelligence analysis experience, and the ability to work with government, military, and contractors in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
• Experience in Intelligence Analysis: target development, social network and metadata analysis, and knowledge of customer tools and databases.
• Foreign language proficiency may be used to satisfy experience requirements.
• Education/experience combinations aligned with advanced degrees or years of service.

• Distill and document findings, including new tradecraft, for stakeholders.

GRVTY is seeking experienced Target Digital Network Analysts (TDNAs) to support core Intelligence Community (IC) missions. As a cyber professional in the intelligence community, you will work as part of a team on the frontlines against our cyber adversaries.

What You’ll be Owning:

• Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads.
• Ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target information.
• Maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis.
• Identify intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps.
• Employ multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets' communications, network usage and digital footprints.
• Apply your knowledge and understanding of IC needs and missions.
• Be part of a team, working together with government, military, and contractor personnel to develop shared understandings of intelligence needs, mission relevance, and areas of expertise.
• Apply your innate curiosity and analytical talent to form hypotheses, critically assess and choose analysis techniques, then query, merge, enrich, evaluate, and pivot within data to attain and share insights.
• Distill, document, contextualize and share your findings--including any new tradecraft that you develop--with teammates, stakeholders, and intelligence consumers.

What You Must Have:

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
• Relevant experience requires aspects of Intelligence Analysis (e.g., target development, social network analysis, metadata analysis, knowledge of customer tool sets and databases).
• In some cases, foreign language proficiency may also be used to satisfy experience requirements.
• 12 years of experience with a high school/GED diploma or 10 years of experience with an associate's degree or 8 years of experience with a bachelor's degree or 6 years of experience with a master's degree or 4 years of experience with a doctorate degree.
