Job summary

Wyetech, LLC seeks an experienced analyst to conduct advanced TDNA analysis for federal government projects. You will profile targets, develop collection techniques, and maintain targeting databases while mentoring junior analysts.

A TS/SCI clearance with poly is required, with extensive experience and education options across degrees. Positions span multiple contract locations in Maryland, Virginia, Colorado, Texas, Utah, Alaska, Hawaii and OCONUS.

Qualifications

• Requires TS/SCI with agency-appropriate polygraph
• Multiple advanced analysis techniques used for targeting and profiling
• Experience mentoring other analysts in TDNA tools and methodologies
• Education/experience mix accepted per alternative qualification paths

Responsibilities

Conducting advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads, ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target information; maintaining appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis; developing comprehensive baseline profiles of designated target sets; identifying intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps; employing multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets’ communications, network usage and digital footprints; applying knowledge and understanding of IC needs and missions, as well as the targets’ culture, behaviors, and communications technologies; mentoring other analysts on the tools and methodologies used to conduct TDNA.

Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required. (e.g. Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency appropriate polygraph).

Required Qualifications

• TS/SCI with agency appropriate poly
• Twelve (12) years of experience and an High School Degree or GED

OR

• Ten (10) years of experience and an Associate's Degree in Degree in Liberal Arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) are preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable

OR

• Eight (8) years of experience and an Bachelor's Degree in Degree in Liberal Arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) are preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable

OR

• Six (6) years of experience and an Master's Degree in Degree in Liberal Arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) are preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable

OR

• Four (4) years of experience and an Doctorate Degree in Liberal Arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) are preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable

Relevant Experience

• Information Technology (IT) and Information Security (IS) degrees may be considered relevant if the programs contain the amount and type of coursework equivalent to a Computer Science (CS) major.

Pay Range: $58.51 - $91.37 per hour*

Compensation will vary dependent upon factors including but not limited to: Government contract rates; education; relevant prior work experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies; certifications, and geographic location. *Hourly pay rates reflect the pre-benefit gross wage amounts.
