Job summary

RealmOne seeks Target Analyst Reporters to research, analyze, and report intelligence for mission-driven clients. You will prioritize sources, assess information, and deliver timely products to government customers, supporting collection and reporting requirements with cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities include preparing customer-ready intelligence products, conducting pre-release quality control, and contributing to databases that enhance target knowledge and collection efforts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 6 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 4 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of relevant experience
• Level 2:
• High school diploma or GED plus 9 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 7 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of relevant experience, or a Doctoral degree and 2 years of relevant experience
• Level 3:
• High school diploma or GED plus 12 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 10 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of relevant experience, or a Doctoral degree and 4 years of relevant experience
• Level 4:
• High school diploma or GED plus 15 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 13 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree plus 11 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree plus 9 years of relevant experience, or a Doctoral degree and 7 years of relevant experience
• All Levels: Degree in a liberal arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) is preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable. Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph

Responsibilities

• Prepare synthesized product for customers by researching, analyzing, and reporting intelligence via appropriate reporting vehicles, in response to mission requirements.
• Prioritize, assess, evaluate and report information obtained from various sources for use or decision by Government personnel.
• Maintain awareness of internal and external customer needs.
• Collaborate with collectors and analysts to refine collection and reporting requirements.
• Share target-related information and provide feedback to customers as appropriate.
• Issue appropriate products which relay developments, trends, indications warnings and/or situational awareness regarding specific targets, as well as countermeasures and courses of actions, if applicable.
• Help develop databases or working aids on target activity to build target knowledge and improve collection.
• Perform pre-release quality control functions.
• The Target Analyst Reporter shall possess capabilities: research/analyze/report intelligence; SIGINT experience; agency-specific tools/methodologies; strong critical thinking and collaboration skills.

Education

Level 1: High school diploma or GED plus 6 years of relevant experience

Level 2: High school diploma or GED plus 9 years of relevant experience

Level 3: High school diploma or GED plus 12 years of relevant experience

Level 4: High school diploma or GED plus 15 years of relevant experience

All Levels: Degree in liberal arts preferred; active Security Clearance with Polygraph
