Job summary

RealmOne is seeking personnel for a mission-critical cyber and intelligence role within a DoD-aligned framework in San Antonio, TX. You will prepare synthesized intelligence products, align with government needs, and work alongside collectors and analysts to refine collection requirements and reporting processes.

The role demands strong research and collaboration abilities, experience with SIGINT reporting, and active polygraph clearance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in an area directly related to the mission (e.g. collection, cyber and intelligence analysis) and/or drafting/editing intelligence reports.
• Active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph is required.
• Position requires DoD-related experience or equivalent coverage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare synthesized product for customers by researching, analyzing, and reporting intelligence.
• Prioritize, assess, evaluate and report information obtained from various sources for use or decision by Government personnel.
• Maintain awareness of internal and external customer needs.
• Collaborate with collectors and analysts to refine collection and reporting requirements.
• Issue appropriate products which relay developments, trends, indications, warnings and/or situational awareness.
• Help develop databases or working aids on target activity to build target knowledge and improve collection.
• Perform pre-release quality control functions.

Prepare synthesized product for customers by researching, analyzing, and reporting intelligence via appropriate reporting vehicles, in response to mission requirements. Prioritize, assess, evaluate and report information obtained from various sources for use or decision by Government personnel. Maintain awareness of internal and external customer needs. Collaborate with collectors and analysts to refine collection and reporting requirements. Share target-related information and provide feedback to customers as appropriate. Issue appropriate products which relay developments, trends, indications warnings and/or situational awareness regarding specific targets, as well as countermeasures and courses of actions, if applicable. Help develop databases or working aids on target activity to build target knowledge and improve collection. Perform pre-release quality control functions. The Target Analyst Reporter Level 3 shall possess the following capabilities: * Ability to research, analyze and report intelligence. * Experience with SIGINT reporting and collection. * Knowledge of agency specific tools and methodologies. * Strong critical thinking and collaboration skills. Qualifications: * Demonstrated experience in an area directly related to the mission (e.g. collection, cyber and intelligence analysis) and/or a similar mission in the DoD, and/or drafting/editing intelligence reports. * Must possess one or more of the following:

• HS Diploma or GED and at least 12 years of experience.
• Associates Degree and at least 10 years of experience.
• Bachelors Degree and at least 8 years of experience.
• Masters Degree and at least 6 years of experience.
• Doctoral Degree and at least 4 years of experience. Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph
