Job summary

Wyetech, LLC seeks a fully cleared Target Analyst Reporter Level 2 to prioritize, assess, evaluate, and report information from passive and active collection to provide synthesized intelligence products for customers.

The role supports SIGINT analysis and reporting, combining multiple sources to develop reports for management and external customers. IC/government experience and knowledge of SIGINT reporting are required.

Qualifications

  • Eight years of Target Analyst experience with the IC or U.S. Government military.
  • Two years of the required experience must have been within the last five years.
  • Experience drafting and/or editing finished, serialized SIGINT product reports for release within the IC.
  • Ability to author reports based on simple traffic or a limited amount of traffic.
  • Knowledge of various technologies and/or topics used to identify analytic vectors.
  • Experience with exploiting foreign communications and communication systems to identify, collect, analyze, process, and disseminate SIGINT information.
  • Experience using software applications and databases related to SIGINT reporting and target development.
  • Familiarity with SIGINT reporting policies and procedures.
  • Familiarity with advanced SIGINT reporting policies (STI, RFIs, etc.).
  • Familiarity with SIGINT and collateral report repositories.
  • Ability to conduct independent research to enhance SIGINT reporting.
  • Ability to gather information from multiple sources and produce reports responsive to requirements.

Job description

Wyetech is seeking a fully cleared Target Analyst Reporter Level 2 to prioritize, assess, evaluate, and report information obtained from passive and active collection, network evaluation and analysis, and related collateral sources to provide synthesized intelligence products to customers.

The Target Analyst Reporter will support SIGINT analysis and reporting, combining information from multiple sources to develop reports and products responsive to management and external customer requirements. The successful candidate will have experience supporting the Intelligence Community (IC) or U.S. Government military and possess knowledge of SIGINT reporting, target development, foreign communications, and associated reporting repositories and databases.

Required Skills/Experience:
  • At least eight (8) years of demonstrated experience as a Target Analyst supporting the Intelligence Community (IC) or U.S. Government military.

  • At least two (2) years of the required experience must have been within the last five (5) years.

  • Experience drafting and/or editing finished, serialized SIGINT product reports for release within the Intelligence Community.

  • Ability to author reports based on simple traffic or a limited amount of traffic.

  • Knowledge of various technologies and/or topics used to identify analytic vectors.

  • Experience with the principles and methods of exploiting foreign communications and communication systems to identify, collect, analyze, process, and disseminate SIGINT information in accordance with established requirements and priorities.

  • Experience using software applications and databases associated with SIGINT report writing and target development.

  • Familiarity with SIGINT reporting policies and procedures.

  • Familiarity with advanced SIGINT reporting policies, including STI, unusual tearlines, Post-Publication actions, and Requests for Information (RFIs).

  • Familiarity with SIGINT and collateral report repositories.

  • Ability to incorporate independent research to enhance SIGINT reporting.

  • Ability to gather information from multiple sources and combine it into reports and intelligence products responsive to customer requirements.

  • Pull information from multiple sources and combine it into comprehensive reports and products in response to management and external customer requirements.

  • Work effectively with Government personnel and incorporate mentorship and guidance as appropriate to reporting requirements.

Qualifications:
  • At least eight (8) years of demonstrated experience as a Target Analyst supporting the IC or U.S. Government military is required.

  • At least two (2) years of the required experience must have been within the last five (5) years.

  • There are no education, training, or certification requirements for this labor category.

  • Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position-appropriate security clearance is required.

Salary Range:

$50.00 - $75.00 USD Hourly

*Hourly pay rates listed for this position serve as a general guideline and are not a guarantee of compensation. Compensation will vary dependent upon factors including but not limited to: Government contract rates; education; relevant prior work experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies; certifications, and geographic location. Hourly pay rates reflect the pre-benefit gross wage amounts.
