AeroVironment, Inc. seeks a Target Analyst Reporter to synthesize intelligence from diverse sources and produce actionable reports for customers.
The role emphasizes prioritizing, evaluating, and integrating data from passive and active collection and network analysis under senior guidance. Candidates should have at least eight years' experience as a Target Analyst for the IC/USG, with at least two years in the last five, familiarity with SIGINT repositories, and a TS/SCI with Poly clearance.

The Target Analyst Reporter is responsible for synthesizing intelligence from a variety of sources to provide actionable products for our customers. This role focuses on prioritizing, assessing, and evaluating information obtained through both passive and active collection, as well as network analysis. Working under the guidance of senior personnel, you will integrate raw intelligence with collateral data to produce reports that inform national security decisions. This is an ideal role for an analyst with strong foundational SIGINT knowledge who is looking to refine their reporting expertise within a mission‑critical environment.

Salary range: $102,000 - $178,500
This position requires access to information that is subject to compliance with the International Traffic Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). To comply with these requirements, applicants must qualify as a U.S. person under the ITAR and the EAR, or be a person approved for an export license by the governing agency. Any employment that requires approval of an export license will be conditioned on the company’s ability to obtain an export license in a timely manner. A U.S. person according to the ITAR definition is a U.S. citizen, U.S. lawful permanent resident, or a protected individual such as a refugee or asylee. Some positions will require current U.S. Citizenship due to contract requirements. U.S. citizenship required. Must be willing to work on government contracts and have the ability to obtain a security clearance.
