Job description

Target Analyst Reporter – National Security (Colorado Springs, CO)

Assertive Professionals seeks a Target Analyst Reporter supporting our National Security customer.

This is a proposed position with a $2,000 sign‑on bonus or reimbursable relocation.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain and maintain a CI Poly BIO.
• 12+ years of relevant experience in SIGINT analysis and reporting.
• Conduct analytical collaboration and cross‑training with other SIGINT analysts to increase target continuity.
• Deep understanding of the OSI model, telecommunications ports and protocols, IPv4/IPv6, CIDR, and common internet protocols.
• Document analytical trade‑craft, create working aids, prepare briefings and reports on analytic methodology and results.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists to automate analytical workflows and enrich data.
• Apply analytical judgment and critical thinking to solve complex intelligence analysis challenges.
• Perform scientific and/or technical intelligence analysis on military force structure, doctrinal changes, and technical systems.
• Provide national‑level reporting expertise and specialized certifications in technical SIGINT reporting.
• Edit analyst draft reports to produce final intelligence reports with minimal post‑editing.
• Perform QA/QC of all draft reports to meet NSA standards for analytic integrity, trade‑craft, sourcing, and style.
• Maintain understanding of customer requirements to ensure reports meet their needs.
• Complete required NSA courses NETA2402/NETA2108, RPTG2238, RPTG4397 and additional courses RPTG2235, RPTG3225, RPTG3222 or equivalents.
