Overview

Burrow Global has an immediate need for an experienced TAR Planner Scheduler / Coordinator for a 6–12month assignment with a petrochemical client in Fresno, TX. This position will be onsite at the Petrochemical facility.

Responsibilities
  • Aid Project Managers, Project Engineers, Technology Supervisors, Site Engineers, Commissioning Engineers and other teams in planning, aligning and scheduling their respective work scopes and budgets to obtain higher visibility of project progress and schedules at all times.
  • Assist with pre-construction, construction, procurement, commissioning, and close-out planning and scheduling activities.
  • Develop and manage schedules using the MS Project, MS Excel from optimization/study, design and engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning to close-out, construction implementation plan, delay/time analysis, time chainage diagram, coordinate installation program, shutdown and turnaround development schedule, project reports, procedure development, invoicing, Change Management and training for junior planners.
  • Develop project schedules for various project types as needed.
  • Support analysis of schedule, identify and investigate project schedule variances.
  • Coordinate and assist the Project Management Team in all scheduling reports needed on every project.
  • Monitor, update and evaluate weekly and monthly progress.
  • Collect and update data and produce progress percentages for weekly and monthly reports.
  • Ethylene Oxide unit planning experience is highly desired.
