Job summary

Bold Rock is seeking a part-time Server to provide table service at our taproom. You will greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and drinks with a friendly, knowledgeable hospitality approach.

You will work under the General Manager or Front of House Manager on duty, maintain cleanliness, use the POS system, and ensure a memorable guest experience reflecting our brand values with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Passion for hospitality and craft beverage.
• Previous server experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong communication and ability to stay composed under pressure.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Ability to operate the POS system.
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
• Must be able to lift, balance, and carry trays up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly as they are seated and ensure the table is prepared.
• Take food and beverage orders and input them accurately through the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages and assist with condiments and utensils as needed.
• Ensure orders are cooked correctly and guests are satisfied with their experience.
• Process guest payments and manage checks through the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and taproom.
• Support team with other duties as assigned.
