Job summary

Volition Brewing is seeking an Assistant Taproom Manager to join our team and help drive daily operations in a lively taproom environment. You will partner with the Taproom Manager to guide staff, train Beertenders, and ensure guests have memorable experiences.

The role emphasizes leadership, guest service, and operational excellence, with opportunities to contribute to events and beer releases while supporting the Volition brand growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, restaurants, breweries, or taprooms.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a team-first mindset.
• Experience training and motivating employees.
• Comfortable with POS systems and cash handling.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and events.
• Washington State MAST Permit and Food Handler Card (or ability to obtain upon hire).

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and handle guest concerns professionally.

As our Assistant Taproom Manager, you'll work alongside the Taproom Manager to lead daily operations, coach staff, and help make Volition Brewing a place people love to visit and work.
